- Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and to a high degree of satisfaction across channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls
- Provide information and suggestions to customers regarding sizing, products, and care
- Collect and share feedback on the product and customer experience
Requirements
- Talented, organized, and empathetic in pursuit of customer needs
- Desire to investigate and solve complex problems
- Customer service experience preferred (1+ years)
- Proactive and desire to work in a startup-like environment
- Excellent communication skills and superior resolution and decision-making skills
