Returns + Exchanges
UPDATED: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective products. If your purchase delivery date was March 10, 2020 or later, we're extending a 60-day return window. For any purchases made prior to March 10, 2020, our typical 30-day return window will apply. However, if you find it difficult to return within these windows, please email us at questions@UNTUCKit.com.
It’s easy to exchange or return an item is to visit us at an UNTUCKit store closest to you.
For an exchange, simply bring your item(s) to any of our stores and see any associate. If the item(s) you’d like isn’t in stock at your location, associates can place a new order for you, and it will arrive by mail.
For a refund, bring your item to any store and we’ll return the full amount of your item(s) to the original form of payment immediately. Your bank may take 3 to 5 days to process the return.
You can also return by mail. Follow the instructions here, where you can process your return and print out a Canada Post label to send back your unwanted item(s).
You can exchange the same style for a different size by clicking the Start Return By Mail link above. Follow the instructions to process your exchange and print out a Canada Post label to send back your item(s).
If instead you’d like to exchange for a completely different style, you can use your E-CREDit to purchase a new item. Once your complete the online form, you’ll receive your E-CREDit (a voucher equalling the total amount paid for the item(s) you're exchanging). However, if your item(s) reach the warehouse before your E-CREDit is used, we’ll refund your original form of payment. Your bank may take 3 to 5 days to process the return.
Note: Please include the original packing invoice and send your return immediately for a prompt refund.
Once you receive a confirmation email indicating we’ve received your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to generate your refund. Please allow up to four weeks to process returns from U.S. territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO.)
Yes, you can return items from more than one order in the same box! Just be sure to include all the corresponding packing invoices. If you no longer have your original invoice(s), please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning. You can find your shipment and order numbers by signing in to your account at returns.untuckit.ca
Otherwise, feel free to return/exchange your item(s) at one of our store locations if you would like to avoid shipping your purchase to our warehouse.
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.” Our regular sale items are not final sale unless marked.
There’s a 30-day window to request the return or exchange once you receive your item. Upon processing a return, an E-CREDit will be generated so you can exchange for a new style or size.
Please note that E-credits are only redeemable online.
The E-CREDit will remain active until the warehouse receives your return, at which time the code will be deactivated and you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.
You will receive a refund of the difference to the original form of payment provided.
You will be required to enter your credit card information for the balance.

While UNTUCKit Canada is the sister company of UNTUCKit US, our systems are not interconnected and our companies are run independent of one another. As a result we are unable to return merchandise purchased in the United States.
