Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve maximum performance
- Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales and expense reports
- Manage all aspects of operational compliance
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to sales team
- Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback to impact local assortment
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards
- Prepare and control the store’s budget to deliver profitability
- Keep abreast of market trends and local competition
- Market the brand through hosting events and collaborating with appropriate partners
- Act as an UNTUCKit brand ambassador
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as retail manager or other managerial position
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Passion / Sense of Style
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Excellent knowledge of retail point of sale systems
- BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
